In the United Kingdom, since the 7/7 bombings, many people in all strata of society have become interested in Islam. This diploma offers the opportunity to take a special look at Christian-Muslim relations. This course is an introduction to the history of the text of the Quran, to its language and style, and to the traditional "Qur'anic sciences". In conclusion, approaches to the theology of religions are considered, as well as a presentation of the understanding of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF).
