Ethics and moral
Access: There are no prerequisites for these short courses. The course material is university level.
Length of Studies: 12 months
Validation: Each of the five courses is assessed by a 5 page written assignment.
Certificate: Ethics and Moral
The art of acting is not simple. This certificate enables us to place ethics within philosophy. We can follow the evolution of ethical reflection from antiquity to today. Finally, a more in-depth presentation will allow us to study the application of these fundamental principles in a very particular field and in full renewal, that of bioethics.

This course introduces philosophy as a rigorous academic discipline concerned with fundamental questions about existence, knowledge, values, reason, and human life.
Introduction to Moral theories in Bioethics I
This course will introduce the students to the historical beginning of bioethics, as well as some of the moral theories employed in bioethics discourse.
Contemporary Issues in Bioethics I
To show the implications of normative theories for specific moral issues or contemporary debates on particular ethical issues.
Contemporary Issues in Bioethics II
To show the implications of normative theories for specific moral issues or contemporary debates on particular ethical issues.
Ethics: from Ancient to Modern [2277]
This course offers a structured and rigorous journey through the history of ethics, from Plato to contemporary utilitarianism, in order to highlight the diversity of possible foundations for morality.
