Domuni Universitas is a French institution of higher education with an international scope, multilingual, which offers students courses and degree programmes in philosophy, theology and human and social sciences (history and history of art, ethics-economics and development, human rights, science of religions) in no less than 5 languages. With courses in French, Spanish, English, Italian and Arabic, the online Domuni Universitas stands out on a global scale with 320 membres of academic staff and nearly 5000 students from over 120 countries.

Domuni Universitas is concerned with bringing together very different cultures. By offering courses in 5 different languages, teachers can exchange their bibliographies and enrich their approaches, marked by their own socio-historical context.
Integration of all in teaching and research
As we know, the Internet has brought the peripheries into contact with the most vibrant cultural centres. One can almost say that there are no more "peripheries". Anyone who is connected can enter into a dialogue with almost the entire world. This is an opportunity for higher education that Domuni-Universitas wanted to seize, not to create a centralising competition for the benefit of only a few, but to create a network of collaboration that is enriched by the participation of all.
For the common good
Migration flows have never been so great. They are extremely costly for the countries of origin and poorly received by the countries of destination. The reason for voluntary exile is the lack of hope for one's family and for oneself in the place where one finds oneself. By making it possible to study, up to a higher level, and to teach, the hope of local development is revived and the brain drain is limited. In addition, international research can be applied in remote locations to find appropriate solutions.
The teacher-researchers, like the students of Domuni-Universitas, are found on all continents, sometimes in conflict zones (Iraq, Congo, Colombia, etc.) or in places of extreme poverty (Haiti, Madagascar, Peru, Burkina Faso, etc.). The dissertation topics, the research themes, do not deal with hackneyed bibliographic themes but with worrying human issues.
