Lebanon: Jules Boutros, Domuni Professor, has been elected Bishop.

In Lebanon, the Synod of Bishops of the Patriarchal Church of Antioch of the Syrians have elected the Reverend Jules Boutros.

Jules Boutros holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Theology, a Diploma in Social Communications and a Master's and a Doctorate in Pastoral Theology.

He is a long-time Professor of Theology at Domuni Universitas and teaches in the Arabic and Italian programmes.
