This is a unique moment of solidarity of the whole Dominican Family, praying that the Prince of Peace will bless all of our efforts. Lawyer, former Consul of Venezuela in the City of Los Angeles, California, and Chicago, Illinois, (1986-89); founding member of Grupo La Colina, (GLC), Asociacion Civil, a non-governmental organization that has served as support for the democratic forces of Venezuela.
